Key Bar: Deep GNN + entity resolution depth required; modern deep learning non-negotiable.
Must-Haves:
Technical: Graph neural networks/deep learning on graph data, entity resolution, transformer-based models (replacing tree-based models), Spark/distributed compute.
Soft Skills: Technical + communicative + organizationally skillful (all three are mandatory). Must have a metrics-driven mindset from day one and a startup mentality.
Red Flags: Lacking depth on graph, vague answers under probing, or fraud-only framing without graph depth.
