QUANTITATIVE RESEARCHER — US MARKETS (NEW YORK)

About the Opportunity Our client is a global algorithmic trading
firm with a track record spanning 20+ years, trading across
financial markets and multiple asset classes worldwide. With
offices across the US, Europe, and Asia, the firm combines the
agility and ownership culture of a startup with the stability of
an established, highly successful trading operation. The New York

moves the firm's results, not one voice among hundreds.

The Role We're looking for a Quantitative Researcher to develop
and enhance data-driven trading strategies for US financial
markets, with genuine end-to-end ownership of research and

What You'll Do

* Analyze large, complex datasets to generate predictive signals
and improve strategy performance
* Own research and strategy development end-to-end for US markets
* Do high-impact work using Python to build and scale automated

* Work in a collaborative environment with access to world-class
infrastructure and datasets
What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics,
Statistics, or related field
* Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills
* Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and data
analysis
* Proficiency in Python (must-have); C++ a plus
* Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
* Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
* Comfort operating in a fast-paced, research-driven environment
* Strong communication and an ownership mindset
Why This Role Is Different

* Small, elite team (~10 total) — your work has outsized, visible
impact rather than getting lost in a large research org
* Direct line from research to live trading — no layers of
product/sales between your work and the market
* Competitive first-year package: strong base plus a meaningful
year-end performance guarantee
* Access to world-class infrastructure, real-time feedback, and a
genuinely meritocratic culture
Location: New York City (in-office; remote considered on an
exceptional, case-by-case basis)
