Training &amp; Enablement: Oversee training programs for both internal operations teams and client personnel to ensure consistent system utilization.</li>

Financial &amp; Business Acumen: Proven track record of P&amp;L management, budget creation, and scaling tech solutions across multi-site portfolios.</li>

Technical Familiarity: In-depth understanding of access management systems, pay-by-cell solutions, automated enforcement tools (e.g., LPR systems), and revenue models.</li>
