Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise a diverse team. Oversee employee relations, performance management, shift assignments, and compliance with administrative and union protocols where applicable. </li>

Financial &amp; Revenue Management: Maximize profitability through effective cash control, budget oversight, P&amp;L management, expense tracking, and facility marketing. </li>

Operational Audits &amp; Accounting: Monitor daily cashier reports, conduct office audits, and manage administrative duties such as local payroll processing and petty cash. </li>

Education &amp; Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of two (2) years of managerial and customer service experience in facility or parking operations preferred. </li>

Financial Acumen: Prior experience managing budgets and reviewing P&amp;L statements is a plus. </li>

Technical &amp; Operational Skills: Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn proprietary software. Background in equipment maintenance is ideal. </li>

Licensing: Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. </li>
