The Finance Director is responsible for steering the close cycle, lease accounting, cash management, planning, and reporting for a business that will continue to run on its own books, its own ERP, and its own banking rails as it plugs into a larger corporate structure. This seat is built for a hands-on finance leader who can carry the monthly close, stand up strong ASC 842 practices, drive the budget and forecast cycle, and evolve a founder-built finance function into something scalable inside a PE operating model.
