Ideally looking for Associate Sales Reps or Sales reps

Once they transition to a full sales representative role, earnings average between $180,000 and $200,000, with a base commission rate of 7% of team revenue and a 21% incentive for growth

Associate sales rep:

on site training at office & in operating rooms - early morings

anyone 1-2 years out of college looking to get into Med Device sales

KILLER SALES people - they need to be HUNGRY

$60-90k base

performance bonus around 5% if branch hits goals

$0.7 cents to the gallon for gas

Will be an associate for about a year

Decent interview process - about 3 virtual, and maybe 2 on sites

Then will move to sales rep - will take sales reps if they are coming from a direct competitor - Stryker, Johnson & Johnson Etc.

Commission ONLY - starting at 7%

They will cash out what they need for a solid sales rep coming from a competitor

Have dealt with Non-competes before, they will have the candidate work a different territory for the 12-18 months
