<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, edgers, blowers, trimmers, and other tools. Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment. </li>
<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Ensure properties meet or exceed client expectations for appearance and quality. Report damaged trees, missing plants, or other issues. </li>
<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Assist in tracking and managing materials and supplies for maintenance tasks. </li>
<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Support and train crew members in proper landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use. </li>
<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the landscape maintenance services. </li>
<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Accurately report time worked and equipment issues according to company procedures. </li>
<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or operations manager. </li>
</ul>Required Education and Experience <ul style="margin:0px;padding-left:40px;">

<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Driver’s License Required. </li>
<li style="line-height:1.2;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Minimum of 1 year of landscaping experience. </li>
