Position Overview

Fast-paced inside sales role handling warm inbound homeowner leads for residential water heater installations. Candidates will engage prospects, educate customers, coordinate solutions, and close business quickly in a high-volume environment.

Strong fit for candidates who are competitive, responsive, money motivated, and comfortable working in a KPI/commission-driven sales environment.

This is NOT a cold-calling role.

Compensation Structure

Entry-Level ISR

$19–24/hr base
Targets candidates with 1–3 years of experience
Weekly uncapped commission structure
Realistic additional commission earnings: $10K–$30K+ annually

Senior ISR

Salaried role with base compensation up to $50K max
Targets candidates with roughly 3–5 years of relevant experience
Additional uncapped commission opportunity on top of base
Typical total earnings can still land well above base depending on production
45-hour weekly commitment expected

Commission Notes

Weekly commission reset cycle (Mon–Sun)
Designed to avoid poor weeks negatively impacting long-term earnings
Strong earnings upside for high performers

Schedule & Work Structure

Typical hours: 10am–6pm/7pm
Weekend coverage required
Preference for two consecutive days off for weekend schedules
Hybrid structure:
First 1–2 months fully onsite for training/ramp
Transition to work-from-home flexibility after ramp period

No cold calling/prospecting
Short sales cycle (24–48 hours)
