Location: Chesapeake, VA

Salary: Salary will depend on geography and experience - bonus is 10%

Example - will pay someone in NY $250K, VA based will max out closer to $200K

Position: VP, Manager of FP&A / Director or FP&A ....title can be flexible

This is a brand new role -There is no formal JD just yet, they are looking for someone who has AI capabilities and who is comfortable owning the entire FP&A process. Data is not readily available they will have to be in the weeds.

Key Points to look for in candidates:

-At least 7+ years experience in debt buying industry
-Experience leading a small team (they will want this person to help build out FP&A function)
-Investor relations experience is a huge plus
-They want this person to be tech forward - AI experience huge plus
