Search Guidance

• Ideal candidate has completed full Activities solution design with 2–3+ clients

• Manufacturing background is a strong plus – the Activities module is used on shop floors where workers clock time against specific tasks/work orders pulled in from integrated systems

• Activity Profiles experience is important – each profile has a form for clocking time with specific allocations; candidate should have hands-on setup and configuration experience here

• Advanced Scheduling expertise is the broader need; Activities module is the specific focus for this role

UKG WFM Pro – Activities Module Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Engagement: 6-Month Contract + Extensions

Hours: ~10 hours/week (flexible; may increase with workload)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Management Pro consultant with deep expertise in the Activities module and Advanced Scheduling. This is a part-time, fully remote engagement supporting manufacturing clients who need hands-on configuration, design, and implementation support. Flexible hours make this an ideal opportunity for consultants managing multiple engagements simultaneously. Strong performers can expect ongoing extensions, as this partner supports multiple clients with this skillset gap and anticipates 8–10 additional needs in this space in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Activities module solution design and implementation for manufacturing clients

• Configure and maintain Activity Sets, Activities, Activity Profiles, and associated attributes aligned to operational workflows

• Map business processes into the Activities module to enable accurate tracking of work performed at the store and department level

• Configure labor metrics including units, time tracking, and activity-based productivity measures

• Integrate the Activities module with timekeeping and reporting systems, including ingestion of work orders from external integrated systems

• Troubleshoot activity configuration issues, including data capture inconsistencies and reporting gaps

• Support UAT, production validation, and post-go-live stabilization

• Partner with business stakeholders during requirements gathering to refine activity structures and improve usability and adoption

• Participate in occasional client meetings (virtual) for requirements gathering

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with the UKG WFM Pro Activities module

• Prior experience with full Activities solution design across 2–3 or more client engagements

• Proficiency with Activity Profiles setup, including time clocking form configuration and allocation settings

• Experience with Advanced Scheduling within UKG WFM Pro

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments (shop floor operations, work order management)

• Strong stakeholder communication skills for requirements gathering and solution walkthroughs

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting staff augmentation or multi-client consulting environments

• Familiarity with integrating external work order systems into UKG WFM Pro
