What You'll Own

Serve as a trusted advisor across the full scope of client
financial matters

Prepare, manage, and review complex individual, corporate,
partnership, trust, estate, and gift tax returns

Lead high-net-worth tax planning strategies

Stay ahead of tax code changes and IRS regulations, translating
them into client guidance

Conduct technical tax and accounting research

Draft responses to federal and state tax notices

Mentor and lead a team of tax professionals

Build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike

What You Bring

7+ years of relevant tax experience (equivalent experience
considered)

Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related field

CPA license preferred

Strong command of tax law across individual, corporate, and
partnership structures

Proficiency in tax software (UltraTax a plus), ERP systems,
QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office

Sharp analytical instincts and genuine attention to detail

Comfort working independently and leading collaboratively

Strong communicator — with clients, government agencies, and
financial institutions alike
