55k-75k depending on experience, entry (2 yrs) -senior level. Don't need to go into the office. Only Sr. Tech in Charlotte would be required in the office part time. Work 4 calls a day between 8-12 and 12-4.

30-35 hours a week

Warranty work, mostly on Carrier brand HVAC.

Caryl provides techs with Van, phone, Ipad and Uniforms.

Interview process: Speak to Dr. of Operations on the phone, then come to Indian Trail for final interview.

Job Description

Caryl Mechanicals is the leading HVAC system installer in 10 cities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and eastern Tennessee. We operate in the new residential construction industry and our business is growing! Our mission is to be the largest and very best partner to our country’s largest homebuilders. This role will help drive that mission.

The Service Technician is a member of the Service department and reports to the company’s Service Manager. The role is primarily responsible for installing or repairing HVAC equipment and systems on job sites of the company’s residential customers. The role needs to be proactive and organized with strong communication skills, as it will be interacting with employees and outside customers.

Key Duties

Remove / install HVAC parts and products.
Diagnose HVAC systems.
Communicate with customers / clients on HVAC parts and products.
Preparing an accurate repair quote.
Perform routine maintenance.
Knowledge to local HVAC codes
Well mannered and professional experience at customer residences.
Ensure that all work meets Caryl Mechanicals II, Inc. quality standards.
Perform any administrative activities completely, accurately, and on a timely basis.
Other duties on an as needed basis as determined by the department head.
Can create relationships around teamwork, trust, and mutual respect among.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or completion of trade program or technical school. A college degree is a plus.
1+ years of experience with residential HVAC maintenance or service repairs, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in navigating the internet and email.
Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Bilingual is a plus.
Must have computer skills and be able to use a laptop or tablet.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
