Job Description

This team member will be responsible for:

    ● Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, & Company's rules, regulations, policies, & procedures;
    ● Communicate with different state agencies to regarding permits
    ● Update spreadsheets, website and database with permitting information
    ● Requesting checks and paying permit renewals
    ● Communicate with yards regarding permits and inspections
    ● Maintain Permits/Licenses for a specified region.
    ● Maintain and update permits database;
    ● Update spreadsheets, website and database with permitting information;
    ● File, scan, review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests;
    ● Work well with state agencies, the legal and permitting department.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

 

    ● Minimum two years previous administrative experience
    ● Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills required;
    ● Ability to prioritize and organize tasks;
    ● High School diploma or equivalent required;
    ● Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
    ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.);
    ● Basic mathematical skills required
    ● Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
    ● Aptitude for learning.


Work Environment: Office

• Equipment & Tools: Personal computer, multi-line phone, Laser printer

• Physical Demand Level: Light to Moderate

• Work Capacity: Lifting & carrying 35lb loads, bending, kneeling, and sitting for long periods.

• Sensory Demands: Hearing, vision, touch and taste

• Hand Movements: Repetitive motions, gripping, keyboard alignment
