Job Title: Digital Advertising Campaign Manager


Position Summary

The Digital Advertising Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This full-time role blends hands-on programmatic trading with client-facing account management and requires strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment, collaborates effectively with clients and internal teams, and delivers high-performing campaigns backed by thoughtful strategy and clear reporting.


Key Responsibilities

    ● Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as The Trade Desk
    ● Design and implement testing strategies to improve performance across display, video, and mobile channels
    ● Monitor campaign goals including scale, pacing, ramp-up, and creative performance
    ● Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations
    ● Create and present clear, compelling campaign reports and presentations for client meetings
    ● Maintain regular client communication, translating technical performance into business-relevant insights
    ● Manage vendor relationships, including third-party data providers and measurement partners
    ● Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
    ● Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Paid Search, Paid Social, Creative) on strategy updates and campaign changes
    ● Troubleshoot dashboard, tracking, and reporting discrepancies between platforms and analytics systems
    ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ad tech platforms, programmatic tools, and industry trends
    ● Assist in evaluating new tools, platforms, and innovations within the digital media space

Qualifications

    ● Proficiency using The Trade Desk (required)
    ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
    ● 3+ years of in-platform trading experience across major DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Ads)
    ● Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    ● Client-facing experience with the ability to present complex campaign data clearly and confidently
    ● Ability to translate performance data into actionable business insights
    ● Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    ● Experience working in an agency or fast-paced technology environment preferred
    ● Background in digital media strategy and campaign execution preferred
