Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance: Manage general ledger functions and ensure technical oversight of NAIC statutory filings, State Insurance department filings, and SOX internal audit processes.</li>

Budget Management: Lead the annual budget process, including the review of exhibits and presentations, while monitoring expenses and quarterly variances throughout the year.</li>

Audit &amp; Examination Coordination: Act as the primary point of coordination for external audits and state insurance examinations.</li>

Specialized Accounting: Manage the administration and accounting for Reinsurance Contracts.</li>

Team Leadership: Supervise the Financial Assistant and Staff Accountant, providing guidance on process improvements and adherence to company policies.</li>
