    ● Support tax filings, planning, and periodic loan covenant reporting.
    ● Evolve policies related to revenue recognition, deferred taxes, stock-based compensation, and software capitalization.
    ● Drive process improvement, automation, and scalable financial systems to support growth.
    ● Manage cash, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules.

    ● Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization across accounting and finance.
    ● Lead or support accounting system migrations to ensure the infrastructure scales with company growth.
    ● Contribute to investor-focused due diligence requests and financial analyses as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

    ● 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-enabled business.
    ● Experience in a $10–25M ARR organization strongly preferred.
    ● Background in a Series A, B, or C environment is highly desirable.
    ● CPA preferred; public accounting experience strongly preferred.
    ● Demonstrated ability to operate as both a hands-on doer and strategic leader.
    ● Strong understanding of SaaS accounting topics, including revenue recognition and capitalization.
    ● High emotional intelligence with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders.
    ● Proven experience building, improving, and scaling accounting processes in high-growth environments.
