Talent Acquisition Manager


Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end recruiting operations and optimizing HR systems to support organizational growth. This role focuses on creating consistency, scalability, and data integrity across talent acquisition while improving efficiency through technology, automation, and disciplined processes.

Serving as a multiplier for the HR function, this role blends recruiting leadership with systems ownership, process optimization, and cross-functional partnership.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

    ● Own full-cycle recruiting for all open positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
    ● Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and interview plans.
    ● Implement, manage, and enforce consistent use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    ● Standardize recruiting workflows, candidate evaluation methods, and hiring manager accountability.
    ● Track and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
    ● Develop repeatable, scalable recruiting practices aligned with organizational culture and growth objectives.


HRIS & Systems Optimization

    ● Serve as the primary owner of HRIS workflows related to recruiting and the employee lifecycle.
    ● Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using HR technology and AI-enabled tools.
    ● Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and system adoption across HR processes.
    ● Build dashboards and reports for leadership, workforce planning, and due diligence needs.


Team Leadership & Operational Support

    ● Provide day-to-day guidance and development support to HR team members.
    ● Assist with compliance reporting, benefits administration support, and audits during peak periods.
    ● Act as a cross-functional partner to departments across the organization as needed.



Qualifications

    ● 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR operations.
    ● Hands-on experience managing an ATS and/or HRIS platforms.
    ● Strong process orientation with comfort leveraging technology, automation, and data.
    ● Experience supporting a fast-growing, regulated, or professional services environment.
    ● Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.
