Marketing Manager Overview
We are looking for someone with strong, well-rounded marketing experience who can own execution, bring structure, and act as the internal lead working closely with our external marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
● Serve as the primary internal marketing lead and day-to-day point of contact with our external marketing agency
● Visit store locations regularly to understand the brand, customer experience, inventory flow, and local market opportunities
● Manage and oversee influencer partnerships content creation initiatives, and external vendors
● Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with inventory levels, promotions, and business priorities
● Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives from concept through delivery
● Track performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategy as needed
● Ensure clear communication and coordination across all marketing-related responsibilities
● Prepare and deliver internal presentations on campaigns, performance, and upcoming initiatives
Ideal Background & Skill Set
● Bilingual in English and Cuban Spanish
● Strong working knowledge of retail marketing and inventory awareness
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
● Strategic thinker who can also execute and manage details
● Creative mindset paired with analytical decision-making
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Comfortable leading vendors, influencers, and creative partners
