Growth Strategy & Budget
Forecast, allocate, and optimize a seven-figure budget for maximum ROAS and scalable CAC.
Full-Funnel Performance
Own paid search, SEO, social, display, retargeting, email/SMS, content marketing, and website. Continually test creative, copy, and audiences to beat benchmarks.
Team & Culture
Lead a small team of marketers and foster an experimentation mindset that rewards learning as much as winning. Model the core values
Analytics & Insight
Build self-serve dashboards (Power BI / Looker Studio) and translate data into clear, strategic recommendations for the executive team.
Pricing & Promotions
Collaborate with leadership to craft offers that unlock new segments while protecting margin.
Competitive Intelligence
Monitor market moves, spot whitespace, and propose rapid-response plays.
Experience you bring
● 10+ years in digital/performance marketing across B2C and B2B with a track record of double-digit revenue growth.
● Fluency in analytics, paid media (search, social, display), and lifecycle/email automation (Klaviyo or similar).
● Deep hands-on A/B testing experience—you default to “hypothesis → test → learn.”
● Comfort owning P&L-level targets and presenting strategy/results to C-suite & boards.
● Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams (ecommerce, sales, etc.) and external agencies (SEO).
● Analytical horsepower—able to turn complex data into simple stories and decisive action.
● Bonus points for experience in Ed-Tech, professional education, or certification-prep.
