With operations already active in multiple states and several acquisitions underway, this is an exciting opportunity to join an organization in scale-up mode. High-performing individuals will have the chance to take on leadership roles as the company continues to grow.


What You’ll Do

    Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closing — for commercial landscape maintenance contracts.
    Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, real estate professionals, and other key decision-makers.
    Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach.
    Partner closely with operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and service delivery remains exceptional.
    Maintain accurate pipeline activity, client notes, and reporting in the company’s CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

    5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within landscaping, facilities management, janitorial, or construction services.
    Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing new business.
    Strong lead generation, cold outreach, and market research skills.
    Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    Ability to identify client needs and position effective, value-driven solutions.
    Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
    Local market knowledge strongly preferred.
