About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Takeoff Technician to join our client's estimating and preconstruction team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely quantity takeoffs from civil and architectural plans to support competitive bids and efficient project execution. </ul>Qualifications<ul style="margin:0px;padding-left:40px;">
<li style="line-height:1.5;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Associate’s degree in drafting, engineering technology, 3D modeling, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li style="line-height:1.5;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">1–3 years of experience in construction, estimating, or a related technical role.</li>
<li style="line-height:1.5;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);margin:0px;">Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural plans, schematics, and technical reports.</li>
