Key Responsibilities:
● Acquire new sales opportunities through outbound calls (approximately 50% of your day).
● Follow up on potential leads via phone and email to convert prospects into clients.
● Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (approximately 50% of your day).
● Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly and professionally.
● Provide exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
● Assist with additional sales or administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in customer service and relationship management.
● B2B sales experience is an asset but not required.
● Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset.
● Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
● Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.
