Key Responsibilities

    ● Serve as a liaison between clients and partners, especially for portal-related questions and document uploads
    ● Assist clients with signing forms, making payments, and navigating portals to gather deliverables
    ● Respond to client requests for copies, banker communications, and general inquiries
    ● Draft professional client correspondence with exceptional attention to detail
    ● Track and manage signed approval forms, extensions, and paper returns
    ● Electronically file returns and extensions; follow up on rejections and corrections
    ● Assemble paper returns and forms for delivery
    ● Monitor projects to ensure timely filings
    ● Delivering final client copies with clear instructions, dates, and verbiage
    ● Attend weekly tax staff meetings during busy season
    ● Provide backup support as Executive Assistant to partners when needed
    ● Support Client Success Team with filing and deliverables
    ● Assist staff with tax processing questions and procedures
    ● Support the client portal: create folders and organize files for accountants
    ● Provide backup support for workflow software
    ● Support client onboarding
    ● Assist with organizer preparation at the beginning of the year
    ● Help roll forward tax returns and software setup at the end of the year

Qualifications

    ● Bachelor’s degree: backgrounds in Business, Communications, or related fields are a plus.
    ● 2–3+ years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in client service, administrative support, or operations.
    ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    ● Excellent written and verbal communication
    ● Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams
    ● Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
    ● Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
    ● Ability to quickly learn new software and systems; tech proficiency is a plus
    ● Experience in professional services, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required
    ● Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    ● Exposure to platforms like SafeSend, Workstream, ShareFile, or CCH Axcess is a plus—but not required (training provided)
