Role: Senior Cost Accountant

Salary: $105-$125k

Office: Ventura county

Worksite Type: On-site at manufacturing facility

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with Production Operations leaders monthly to review departmental P&L results vs. budget
● Assist with the monthly financial close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for inventory and COGS
● Calculate and maintain precise product costs, including both direct and indirect expenses
● Reconcile gross profits related to distribution sales
● Support annual physical inventory counts and audit observations

Requirements:

● 5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
● Standard Costing experience
● Experience working in a public company with SOX requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
