Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
● Support in tracking project progress and updating project schedules.
● Assist with maintaining project documentation and reports.
● Help identify and resolve potential issues or risks that may impact project timelines or quality.
● Communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project tasks.
● Participate in meetings to discuss project progress, timelines, and resource allocation.
● Assist in managing project budgets and procurement of materials.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (Required)
● Strong interest in project management and the construction/materials industries.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
