The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects with multiple stakeholders, external partners, and competing priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities,

and experience with brand transformation initiatives in the SaaS environment. 


Key Responsibilities 


Project Leadership & Coordination 



    ● Lead day-to-day management of all brand transition workstreams, ensuring alignment to approved brand strategy and activation plan 


    ● Establish and maintain comprehensive master project plan in Monday.com, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and budget allocation 


    ● Coordinate cross-functional contributions from marketing, product, sales, operations, and legal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards 


    ● Monitor progress against all Statements of Work, proactively identifying risks and recommending strategic adjustments 


 


Stakeholder Management & Communication 



    ● Facilitate seamless communication and workflow between internal stakeholders and external partners 


    ● Ensure timely reviews, feedback collection, and approval processes across all workstreams 


    ● Provide regular executive-level status updates including schedule progress, budget tracking, risk assessment, and strategic next steps 


    ● Maintain consolidated feedback and approval tracking systems 


 


Documentation & Process Management 



    ● Maintain comprehensive documentation, asset libraries, and process records to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity 


    ● Create and manage bi-weekly status reports and detailed risk logs 


    ● Develop final project summary and comprehensive report at engagement close 


 


Required Qualifications 


 


Experience & Background 



    ● 5+ years of marketing project management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companies 


    ● Proven track record managing brand transition, rebranding, or large-scale marketing transformation projects 


    ● Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple internal teams and external agency partners 


    ● Demonstrated success managing projects with budgets of $500K+ 


 


Technical Skills 



    ● Advanced proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management platforms 


    ● Strong experience with marketing technology stack and digital asset management 


    ● Proficiency in budget tracking and financial reporting 


    ● Experience with creative review and approval workflows 


Core Competencies 



    ● Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously 


    ● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership 


    ● Proven ability to identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies 


    ● Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with changing priorities 


    ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently 


 


Preferred Qualifications 



    ● PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification 


    ● Previous experience with brand transitions in B2B SaaS companies 


    ● Background in marketing operations or marketing technology 


    ● Experience with legal and compliance considerations in brand transitions 


    ● Familiarity with change management principles

    ● Master project plan with comprehensive timeline, clear ownership, and detailed deliverables 


    ● Bi-weekly executive status reports and proactive risk management logs 


    ● Consolidated feedback tracking and streamlined approval processes 


    ● Comprehensive final project summary and knowledge transfer documentation 


 


Success Metrics 



    ● On-time delivery of all brand transition milestones 


    ● Budget adherence within approved parameters 


    ● Successful knowledge transfer and operational continuity post-engagement 


 


Engagement Details 



    Contract Duration: 12 months with potential for extension based on project needs 


    Time Commitment: 20-30 hours per week (flexible scheduling with core collaboration hours) 


    Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional on-site meetings for key milestones
