Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-impact Corporate FP&A team in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. This isn’t your typical finance role focused only on budgeting and forecasting — instead, you’ll be in the middle of strategic projects, acquisition integration, and executive-level analysis that drives real business decisions.

What You’ll Do

● Drive ad hoc analysis to answer high-priority business questions.
● Partner with FP&A leadership on the annual planning process (targets, templates, milestones).
● Provide insights into departmental spending, cost drivers, and ROI evaluations.
● Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
● Deliver executive-level presentations for leadership, the board, and external stakeholders.
● Identify ways to streamline reporting, improve visibility, and enhance access to data.

What We’re Looking For

● 4–6 years of corporate finance, FP&A, or analytical experience.
● Strong grasp of financial statements and hands-on analysis.
● Experience with financial planning or BI tools (Planful, Workday, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
● Exposure to M&A or acquisition modeling is a plus.
● Excellent communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
● A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
