What You’ll Do

    ● Lead all aspects of financial operations, reporting, and month-end close.
    ● Prepare GAAP-compliant statements and deliver insights for leadership and investors.
    ● Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
    ● Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
    ● Mentor and develop accounting staff into future leaders.
    ● Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance reporting through ERP and analytics tools.


What You Bring

    ● Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
    ● 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller role.
    ● Experience in a private equity environment and/or construction-related business strongly preferred.
    ● Strong ERP expertise, advanced Excel skills, and comfort with tools like PowerBI.
    ● A leadership mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture impact.
