Position: Property Manager 

Location: Remote MA or NH 

Travel: Will be expected to be onsite at a property 2-3 days/week in MA or NH

Salary: $80-100k

What You'll Be Doing:

● Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate properties in the Northeast (primarily NH and MA).
● Oversee tenants, vendors, and contractors; ensure COIs are current and property matters are communicated clearly.
● Lead RFPs and vendor bidding, negotiate service contracts, and coordinate preventative maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems).
● Respond to tenant requests, work orders, and emergencies while minimizing disruption.
● Monitor rent collections, apply late fees, and support accounting with CAM reconciliations, budgets, and vendor documentation.
● Conduct variance analysis, asset performance reviews, and regular site inspections.
● Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to drive profitability.

What You Need:

●  3-5 years of commercial real estate experience, industrial or retail preferred
●  Commercial Lease knowledge and understanding the nuances around lease terms and cost.
● Knowledge of financial statements, operating budgets, CAPEX
● Customer service focused and strong problem solving skills
● Experience with Yardi, ShareFile, and Excel
● Some occasional on call work for after-hour emergencies
