Our client is looking for a Warehouse & Fleet Supervisor to take ownership of daily warehouse operations while ensuring a diverse fleet is maintained, compliant, and ready to roll.

What You’ll Do

    ● Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and DOT compliance for the entire fleet.
    ● Maintain accurate records for fleet management, driver qualifications, and inspections.
    ● Lead warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
    ● Coach and mentor warehouse staff and field construction crews to uphold safety, efficiency, and operational standards for vehicles and equipment.
    ● Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse and fleet operations.
    ● Maintain accurate records in fleet management software(s) FleetMentor & Geotab


What We’re Looking For

    ● 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fleet, logistics, or similar operations.
    ● Knowledge of DOT compliance and best practices in fleet maintenance.
    ● Ability to prioritize fiend based equipment maintenance needs to prevent project backlog due to equipment failure
    ● Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    ● 2 or more years of experience training teams with a variety of knowledge levels on equipment safety and regulatory compliance
    ● Industry experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus—but not required.
