Our client is looking for a Warehouse & Fleet Supervisor to take ownership of daily warehouse operations while ensuring a diverse fleet is maintained, compliant, and ready to roll.

What You’ll Do

    Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and DOT compliance for the entire fleet.
    Maintain accurate records for fleet management, driver qualifications, and inspections.
    Lead warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
    Coach and mentor warehouse staff and field construction crews to uphold safety, efficiency, and operational standards for vehicles and equipment.
    Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse and fleet operations.
    Maintain accurate records in fleet management software(s) FleetMentor & Geotab


What We’re Looking For

    ● 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fleet, logistics, or similar operations.
    ● Knowledge of DOT compliance and best practices in fleet maintenance.
    Ability to prioritize fiend based equipment maintenance needs to prevent project backlog due to equipment failure
    ● Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    ● 2 or more years of experience training teams with a variety of knowledge levels on equipment safety and regulatory compliance
    ● Industry experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus—but not required.
