Key Responsibilities
● Manage a high-volume personal-injury caseload from intake through settlement.
● Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment plans.
● Draft and review demand packages; negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
● Communicate frequently with clients on case progress.
● Collaborate with a dedicated support team (case managers, demand writers, lien negotiators).
● Maintain detailed notes and activity in the firm’s legal CRM (e.g., Litify).
Requirements
● Active California Bar license in good standing.
●
4 + years of plaintiff personal-injury experience (pre-litigation focus).
● Proven ability to manage a large caseload independently.
● Deep knowledge of California personal-injury laws and procedures.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Familiarity with legal CRMs (Litify preferred).
● Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
