We’re currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. Could this be the role for you?

Here’s what you’d do:

The Business Development Rep is responsible for driving the company’s market growth and achieving profitable financial goals. This position focuses on meeting long-term strategic objectives by building key client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and staying informed about current market trends. From prospecting to closing, the BDR manages the entire sales pipeline and is responsible for full-cycle sales of services, including landscaping and, depending on the region, snow management. This role requires collaboration with internal teams such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities would include:

    ● Identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions
    ● Accurately forecasting sales deliverables and KPIs
    ● Meeting and exceeding sales goals independently
    ● Using consultative sales techniques to prospect and close
    ● Conducting phone prospecting, virtual demos, and contract negotiations
    ● Cultivating and maintaining relationships with both prospects and clients
    ● Planning and executing daily activities with urgency and consistency
    ● Logging activities in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
    ● Communicating proactively with stakeholders

You’d be a great fit if you have:

    ● A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    ● 3–5 years of face-to-face B2B sales experience
    ● Ability to manage multiple projects across large territories
    ● Strong communication and presentation skills
    ● CRM and MS Office proficiency
    ● Competitive, results-driven mindset
    ● Familiarity with social selling strategies
    ● Prior experience in commercial contract sales (preferred)
