TAX MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead technical tax reviews, manage staff, and provide client solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and approve tax returns of all complexity levels

• Manage large tax returns and delegate assignments

• Lead tax research projects

• Participate in client meetings and tax planning

• Serve as technical resource for staff

• Manage client relationships

• Handle government tax examinations

• Develop staff through coaching and training

• Maintain strict confidentiality

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's preferred)

• Florida CPA license

• 6+ years public accounting experience

• 2+ years representing clients to tax authorities

• Proficiency with tax software

• 40+ hours annual CPE
