Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    ● Build and manage a robust sales funnel—prospect, qualify, meet, and follow up to exceed targets.
    ● Prepare detailed building proposals via internal pricing tools and formal contracts.
    ● Review drawings and materials for accuracy; assemble job packs and labor contracts for field crews.
    ● Guide customers through permitting: verify local licensing requirements and assist with applications.
    ● Coordinate project milestones, schedule final walk-throughs, and collect payments.
    ● Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.



Experience & Skills

    ● 2+ years of outside sales or relevant construction-management experience (construction sales a plus).
    ● Strong written and verbal communication and exceptional organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects.
    ● Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
    ● Physically able to lift 60 lbs.
