The Role:

We’re looking for a Mid-level Creator Recruiter & Talent Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in identifying, closing, and activating top-tier adult creators—managing the full relationship lifecycle from first outreach to long-term partnership.

This is not a typical recruiting role. You’ll work closely with our cofounder and CMO, who is deeply embedded in the creator ecosystem, to grow our roster of premium talent. You should bring both high emotional intelligence and strong sales acumen—able to navigate a complex space with professionalism, discretion, and confidence.

What You'll Do:

● Recruit and activate high-value creators across the adult ecosystem
● Manage creator relationships end-to-end—from onboarding to performance support
● Deepen engagement with existing partners through regular check-ins and strategy touchpoints
● Build long-term partnerships with agencies, studios, and networks
● Attend shoots and industry events (especially in LA) to represent the brand and support talent
● Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support to align creator goals with platform objectives

What We’re Looking For:

● 3–5+ years of experience in creator or influencer recruitment, ideally in adult or creator-first platforms (OnlyFans, Aylo, Fansly, Byborg, etc.)
● Strong existing network of creators, agents, and/or studios
● Proven ability to close talent and build lasting trust-based relationships
● Excellent communication skills and a high EQ—able to handle sensitive conversations with tact
● Comfortable with startup pace: fast-moving priorities, lean teams, and constant iteration
● Based in Los Angeles (preferred) or able to travel frequently for shoots and events

Bonus Points For:

● Experience working with platforms like Kick, Stake, or agencies with OF activation experience
● Background in sales or talent management within the adult or creator economy
● Fluency in trends and shifts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and other creator platforms
