Experience: 

● 4-7 years of tax experience
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting
● CPA required for Manager and preferred for Senior
● Experience with Trusts, individual, corporate and partnership tax including tax compliance, tax strategy, preparation and review of complex tax returns

● Strong analytical skills
● Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills is key as this position will require heavy interface with firm clients and partners
● Ability to develop and mentor staff members
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of management
● Strong team building abilities and proven experience in areas of team development
● Must be comfortable using:
● MS Word/Excel
● CCH ProSystem fx or equivalent tax software
● Strong overall computer skills are very beneficial
